Massage therapy offers a natural approach to relieving musculoskeletal pain.  Our office provides specific massage and muscular therapy that is tailored to meet your specific condition and/or injury.

Massage can also help with muscle spasms and soft tissue injuries, increasing movement and reducing the overall recovery time by helping the body in the healing process. In addition, consistent massage has been known to increase balance.

Chiropractic massage has been shown to assist in the healing of a large number of conditions including back pain, surgery recovery, eating and sleep disorders, high blood pressure, and diabetes and many others.

We currently offer:

Neuromuscular Massage Therapy Technique

Neuromuscular therapy is very different from any other massage. The work is localized to the one specific area that needs the attention. The damage to the muscle tissue and surrounding tissue is intense, so the neuromuscular massage breaks up the coagulations of damaged tissue and spreads them out. They’re then flushed out of the body and new tissue can grow.

Deep Tissue

With slow, deep precision, Deep Tissue bodywork unwinds and releases dysfunctional tension in the deeper muscle layers and fascia. By slowly lengthening soft tissue structures, breaking up scar tissue and decompressing joints, Deep Tissue can shift chronic dysfunction towards freer joint mobility and supple muscular movement. Deep Tissue is effective for rehabilitating chronic injuries, structural rebalancing, improved joint range of motion and release from muscular tension. It can also help reduce the inflammation and pain caused by arthritis, tendonitis, vertebral disc injuries, multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis.

With soothing strokes, gentle kneading and pressure, Swedish Massage promotes relaxation as it calms the nervous system. This long-established modality releases stress, increases circulation and enhances the immune system.
